XINHUI GARMENTS / CUSTOM MEN’S STREETWEAR
CUSTOM HEAVYWEIGHT
HOODIE &
SWEATPANTS SET.
Develop a custom heavyweight hoodie & sweatpants set for your streetwear label. Cement-grey sweatshirt fabric creates a structured hoodie above a broad, straight trouser leg. Define both garments around your fabric, fit, artwork and size-pairing requirements.
Xinhui Garments is an OEM/ODM streetwear manufacturer in Humen, Dongguan, China, serving brands in Europe, North America, Australia and other international markets.
Custom production only. No ready stock or dropshipping. Detailed quotes follow review of your drawings or tech pack. For sets, state top and bottom piece counts; set composition and minimums are confirmed in the quote. Images are AI-generated design concepts, not physical production samples.

FRONT VIEW / DESIGN
WEIGHT.
WITH SHAPE.
A substantial upper half balanced with a wide, uninterrupted leg.
01 / 06
Weight expressed through shape.
Cement-grey sweatshirt fabric creates a structured hoodie above a broad, straight trouser leg. Curved seams and small rust-colored embroidery connect the two pieces without covering them in repeated graphics. The hoodie is deliberately boxy; the pants remain wide through the knee and finish with an open hem.
DESIGN DIRECTION
A boxy pullover hoodie with a substantial hood and curved kangaroo opening, paired with wide straight-leg sweatpants, curved knee seams and small coordinated rust embroidery.
MATERIAL DEVELOPMENT
A dense sweatshirt-knit direction with a loopback-style interior and coordinated rib. Confirm fiber content, GSM, handle, dimensional stability and trim compatibility from physical samples.

BACK VIEW / DETAILS
QUIET BACK.
STRONG OUTLINE.
A quiet reverse emphasizes the full silhouette.
02 / 06
Give the reverse room to breathe.
The back keeps the hood and shoulder line clear, with a restrained rear-pocket treatment on the pants. This quieter surface balances the front embroidery. Assess back width and seat ease together, then position any additional branding where it will remain visible without landing inside a seam or pocket opening.
BACK & INTERIOR
Document the hoodie back, rear trouser pocket and any separate rear artwork placement.
SAMPLE CHECK
Body and rib shade relationship, hood balance, pocket access, embroidery backing, knee-seam position and finished dimensions of both pieces after the agreed care process.

FIT STUDY / 03
TWO PIECES.
ONE PROPORTION.
- HOODIE LENGTHSet its relationship to the waist.
- PANT RISEReview seated and standing fit.
- OPEN HEMApprove width over footwear.
- SIZE PAIRINGConfirm quantities for both pieces.
03 / 06
Fit the outfit as two connected garments.
A heavy hoodie can change how the trouser waistband and rise read on-body. Review the hoodie length against the waistband while standing and seated, then confirm the pants over the intended footwear. Use separate measurement charts rather than assuming the same size label automatically creates the right top-to-bottom proportion.
TWO SIZE CHARTS
Top: chest, shoulder, body length, sleeve, hood and rib openings. Pants: relaxed/extended waist, hip, rise, thigh, inseam and leg opening. Include intended top-to-bottom size pairing.
SIZE PAIRING
Specify the intended top and bottom size pairing and quantities for each piece. Review the full outfit on-body; record finished measurements for both garments before bulk approval.

KNIT.
RIB.
SEAMS.
- KNIT HANDLEChoose structure on a swatch.
- RIB RECOVERYReview tension with the body.
- SHADE RELATIONSHIPApprove both garments together.
04 / 06
Make fabric and trims work as a set.
The broad body depends on fabric handle as much as on measurements. Review the hood, rib recovery and curved seam intersections on the selected knit. Check embroidery support without excessive stiffness, and assess both garments after the agreed wash or care trial before approving the shade relationship and finished size.
MATERIAL CHOICE
A dense sweatshirt-knit direction with a loopback-style interior and coordinated rib. Confirm fiber content, GSM, handle, dimensional stability and trim compatibility from physical samples.
SET CONSISTENCY
Body and rib shade relationship, hood balance, pocket access, embroidery backing, knee-seam position and finished dimensions of both pieces after the agreed care process.

ON-BODY / 05
VOLUME
IN MOTION.
Grey volume, small rust accents, open hems.
05 / 06
Volume with a clear vertical line.
The muted grey palette lets the seam construction and small rust accents remain visible in daylight. A low viewpoint emphasizes the open trouser hem, while a walking pose shows how the heavier knit falls. Use the images to discuss styling direction; confirm actual drape and movement on your samples.
COLLECTION CONTEXT
Review hem clearance, knee movement and how the hoodie settles at the waistband.

QUANTITY & SAMPLING
MOQ starts from 50 pieces. For two-piece sets, specify top and bottom quantities separately; set composition and minimums by style and color are confirmed in the quotation. Sample lead time is 7–20 days for the agreed development scope; revisions and bulk schedules are confirmed separately.
APPROVAL BEFORE BULK

BEFORE YOU SEND YOUR BRIEF
What fabric weight is used?
No fixed GSM is implied by the images. Share the weight and handfeel you want; the chosen knit and rib are confirmed during sampling.
Can the pants have elastic cuffs?
Yes. A cuffed version changes the leg line and finished length. Include cuff opening and stretch requirements in the pants chart.
Does 50 pieces mean 50 complete sets?
Not automatically. Our starting MOQ is expressed in pieces. Tell us how many tops and bottoms you need; set composition and applicable minimums are confirmed in your quotation.
