CUSTOM LONG-SLEEVE
SLEEVE-PRINT
T-SHIRT.
Move the graphic beyond the chest. Develop a custom long-sleeve streetwear T-shirt with artwork mapped to the sleeves, a restrained body and proportions built around your own fit.

FRONT VIEW / DESIGN
ARTWORK
IN MOTION.
A restrained body gives both sleeves a clear role.
01 / 06
Let the sleeves carry the artwork.
A faded mineral-sage body provides a calm field for charcoal and burnt-orange sleeve graphics. The original abstract route-map composition uses lines, circles and halftone details along the arms, while a small chest marker keeps the front balanced. This direction is defined by where the graphic sits, not only by its size. Your brand supplies its own sleeve artwork, palette and placement.
SLEEVE-LED DESIGN
The main visual area moves from the torso to the arms, so the artwork must work on a narrow, curved surface.
YOUR GRAPHIC SYSTEM
The route-map motif is an original concept; your own artwork and color choices guide the final garment.

BACK VIEW / DETAILS
A QUIETER
REVERSE.
The sleeves stay expressive while the back stays open.
02 / 06
Keep the body calm from every angle.
The back uses one narrow burnt-orange detail near the shoulder blade, leaving most of the sage body open. The sleeve graphics remain visible as the wearer turns, connecting the front and rear views without filling every panel. The exact wrap, seam clearance and orientation of each sleeve design should be agreed separately; left and right sleeves are not automatically mirror copies.
LEFT & RIGHT FILES
Supply each sleeve artwork separately and indicate which direction it faces when worn.
BACK DETAIL
Set the slim back motif independently from the sleeve design, including its position below the neckline.

FIT STUDY / 03
DESIGNED
DOWN THE ARM.
- LONG SLEEVEDefine length and bicep width.
- DROPPED SHOULDERSet the starting point of the arm.
- RIB CUFFControl opening and recovery.
- PRINT AREAMap artwork to the sleeve shape.
03 / 06
Fit the sleeve before mapping the print.
This concept uses a relaxed hip-length body, dropped shoulders and long sleeves finished with rib cuffs. Sleeve length and width determine how much of the artwork can be seen without wrapping underneath the arm. Confirm the base fit, cuff opening and sleeve shape first, then review the graphic on the worn sample. Size grading must preserve both the fit and the intended print placement.
ON-BODY PLACEMENT
Check the artwork with arms down and elbows bent; the visible area changes with movement.
GRADING DECISION
Agree whether artwork keeps a fixed size or uses different dimensions for selected garment sizes.

MATERIAL & CRAFT / 04
PLACE IT
PRECISELY.
- ORIENTATIONConfirm left and right directions.
- BOUNDARIESAllow for seams and cuffs.
- PRINT QUALITYReview detail, color and handfeel.
04 / 06
Control the print around the sleeve.
Sleeve decoration requires attention to seam clearance, orientation and alignment, especially where fine lines and larger filled areas sit together. The suitable print method and production sequence depend on the fabric, artwork and whether decoration is applied to cut panels or assembled garments. Sampling should confirm line definition, color, handfeel and the result after the agreed wash checks.
ARTWORK FILES
Provide clean, high-resolution artwork or vector files with dimensions and color references; include the intended distressed texture.
PRODUCTION REVIEW
Artwork crossing sleeve seams or cuffs needs a specific feasibility review and cannot be assumed from a digital mockup.

ON-BODY / 05
BEYOND
THE CHEST.
The arms become the main graphic surface.
05 / 06
See the graphic when the body moves.
The full-body scene demonstrates how the printed sleeves frame a mostly clean torso. The design reads as streetwear without covering the entire body in artwork, and the sage color introduces variety within the site’s restrained palette. This styling view helps assess sleeve length, graphic visibility and the relationship with loose trousers before the physical sample is finalized.
DISTANCE CHECK
Review whether the key shapes are readable from a full-outfit view as well as in close-up.
CONCEPT IMAGE
The scene is an AI-generated design reference; approve the actual print and fit on a physical sample.
