FRONT VIEW / DESIGN
TEXTURE
TAKES SHAPE.
Cut fabric, visible stitching and a restrained color story.
01 / 06
Artwork you can see in the surface.
A near-black twill arch sits over washed forest-green jersey, secured by a visible cream stitched edge. Fine copper lines add a lighter layer of embroidery without competing with the main shape. The broad chest and relaxed sleeve give the dimensional artwork space. Your brand can develop its own appliqué outline, fabric contrast, thread palette and placement for a different visual identity.
APPLIQUÉ DETAIL
The dark shape is a separate fabric layer attached to the T-shirt, with the edge treatment included in the design.
ORIGINAL ARTWORK
The abstract arch is a concept reference; submit your own artwork and desired stitch character for development.

BACK VIEW / DETAILS
LESS AREA.
SAME IDENTITY.
Small stitched details create a considered reverse.
02 / 06
A quieter back, with the same materials.
A small vertical twill detail below the back neck and two fine copper lines keep the reverse connected to the front. The large arch is deliberately not repeated. This leaves the washed base fabric visible and avoids unnecessary stiffness across the entire garment. Back artwork, labels and stitch positions can be adjusted around your brand’s own design and comfort requirements.
BACK PLACEMENT
Confirm the distance below the neckline and the size of the upper-back patch.
COMFORT CHECK
Review the inside of the garment where embroidery or patch attachment sits against the wearer.

FIT STUDY / 03
ROOM FOR

- OPEN SLEEVEBalance the upper-body volume.
- ON-BODY CHECKReview drape after decoration.
03 / 06
Balance the fit and decoration weight.
The appliqué needs enough room to sit clearly without pulling the body out of shape. This concept pairs a relaxed straight body with dropped shoulders and generous sleeves. Select the base jersey alongside the patch fabric, then fit the decorated sample rather than approving an undecorated blank alone. Review chest width, body length, sleeve opening and how the patch behaves when the wearer moves.
DECORATED FIT
A large fabric patch can alter drape. Assess the finished decorated sample for pulling, stiffness and comfort.
SIZE PLACEMENT
Decide whether the appliqué keeps one size or changes scale across the garment size range.

04 / 06
Develop the edge, not just the outline.
Appliqué combines a cut fabric shape with a chosen attachment and edge finish. This concept uses a visible blanket-stitch-style edge and fine embroidered lines; the exact stitch route, density, backing and patch material must be sampled for your base jersey. We assess the artwork before production, then review edge security, puckering, thread color and the handfeel of the finished decoration.
SAMPLE THE COMBINATION
Approve patch fabric, base jersey and embroidery together; their behavior can differ after washing.
FINISH STANDARD
Agree acceptable edge character, thread trimming and backing treatment. Any intentional raw edge must be specified.

ON-BODY / 05
DEPTH IN
THE DETAILS.
A tactile focal point that stays clear in a full outfit.
05 / 06
Read the texture from a distance.
The outdoor view shows how the cream edge outlines the dark appliqué against the green body. The design remains recognizable from a distance, while the material and stitching reward a closer look. Styled with charcoal cargos, it offers a tactile streetwear direction with a restrained palette. The scene is a concept visualization, not a photographed factory sample or customer order.
VISUAL BALANCE
Check that the applied shape stays readable without overwhelming the neckline and sleeve proportions.
BRAND ADAPTATION
Use your own motif, patch fabric and thread colors to make the construction specific to your collection.

Send the shape and the stitch reference.
For a useful assessment, send clean artwork outlines, finished patch dimensions, placement drawings, patch material and thread-color references. Add the T-shirt fabric and GSM, measurements, quantity and label requirements. We review the appliqué and embroidery construction before detailed quotation. Sample approval should cover the decorated fit, stitch appearance, backing comfort and the agreed wash behavior before bulk confirmation.
ARTWORK REVIEW
Fine details and narrow shapes may need adjustment for reliable cutting and stitching; changes are agreed during development.
PRODUCTION BASIS
The approved sample and specification define the final appliqué, embroidery, fit and finishing.
