XINHUI GARMENTS / CUSTOM MEN’S STREETWEAR
CUSTOM VINTAGE-WASH
GRAPHIC JEANS.
Develop custom vintage-wash graphic jeans with an extra-baggy straight leg, a layered waistband and asymmetric bone-tone artwork. This washed-charcoal concept combines generous denim volume with a distinct graphic identity, developed around your brand’s measurements and design files.
Xinhui Garments is an OEM/ODM streetwear manufacturer in Humen, Dongguan, China, serving brands in Europe, North America, Australia and other international markets.
Custom production only. No ready stock or dropshipping. Detailed quotes follow review of your drawings or tech pack. Images are AI-generated design concepts, not physical production samples.

FRONT VIEW / DESIGN
VOLUME.
WITH A SIGNAL.
Washed charcoal, asymmetric artwork and a layered waist define the front.
01 / 06
A wide silhouette. A graphic point of view.
This concept pairs a faded charcoal ground with broken, wave-like artwork placed at different heights on the legs. The extra width gives the print room to read while the offset waistband adds a second construction detail. For your collection, we review graphic scale against the actual pattern, rather than stretching a small mockup across every size.
ARTWORK WITH INTENT
Supply separate placement dimensions for each leg. Keep pocket access, fly opening and seam intersections clear in the drawing.
YOUR BRAND’S VERSION
Choose your own artwork, wash shade and trim identity. These visuals illustrate a design direction; production follows your approved sample.

BACK VIEW / DETAILS
SPACE FOR
THE WASH.
A restrained reverse lets pocket placement and faded denim carry the design.
02 / 06
A quieter back keeps the balance.
The reverse uses pocket-level detail and the washed surface to complement the larger front graphics. It leaves the seat and leg silhouette readable. Rear-pocket size, spacing, yoke shape and waistband position should be developed together so the back feels considered at every size.
POCKET PROPORTION
Specify pocket width, height and distance from the center-back seam. Review the placement on a worn sample as well as flat.
BRANDING OPTIONS
A waistband patch, woven tab or small pocket graphic can carry your identity without repeating the front artwork.

FIT STUDY / 03
CUT WIDE.
GRADE WITH CARE.
- WAIST & RISESet the intended wearing position.
- THIGH & KNEEMaintain deliberate volume.
- LEG OPENINGBalance width with footwear.
- FINISHED INSEAMChoose the amount of break.
03 / 06
Build the baggy fit into the pattern.
This is an intentionally extra-baggy straight-leg direction, with width through the thigh, knee and opening. The finished length controls how much fabric rests over footwear. Establish a base-size measurement chart and approve the graded sizes after reviewing a physical sample; the concept image cannot establish exact measurements.
LAYERED WAIST
Confirm whether the second waist edge is a functional construction or decorative layer. Define closure, belt-loop and inner finish details.
FINISHED MEASUREMENTS
Agree waist, hip, front/back rise, thigh, knee, opening and inseam tolerances after the intended wash.

MATERIAL & CRAFT / 04
WASHED BASE.
DEFINED ARTWORK.
- WASH TARGETApprove shade and seam contrast.
- PRINT PLACEMENTMeasure scale on each leg.
- SURFACE FEELReview ink and denim together.
04 / 06
Approve the wash and artwork together.
The washed-charcoal base and bone-tone print need to be assessed as one finish. A wash trial establishes the shade and surface character; an artwork trial checks coverage, edge definition and handfeel on that fabric. The decoration method and sequence of washing and printing are confirmed through sampling, based on the actual cloth and artwork.
TECHNICAL REVIEW
Pigment printing can involve a binder and curing stage. It is a development option, not a fixed method promised for every denim fabric.
QUALITY CHECKS
Review print placement, seam construction and finished measurements. Discuss rubbing color transfer and wash appearance testing for your market; scope is confirmed for the project.

ON-BODY / 05
A STRONG
LOWER HALF.
The wide leg carries the graphic through a complete streetwear outfit.
05 / 06
See the volume in motion.
A short, wide top allows the waist construction and long leg line to remain visible. The street view helps your team judge how the oversized shape sits over shoes and where the graphic falls when the knees bend. Use your intended footwear and target model measurements during the fit review.
FIT REVIEW
Compare standing, walking and seated positions. Adjust rise and inseam so the intended break does not become unwanted drag.

Turn your graphic brief into a sample.

Sampling starts after the scope and terms are agreed; the approved sample and final specifications form the basis of the bulk order.
ORDER INFORMATION
MOQ starts from 50 pieces. Confirm the allocation across styles, washes and sizes in your quotation. The 7–20 day lead time refers to samples, not bulk production.
PROJECT FOLLOW-UP
Photo and video updates support production follow-up. Relevant product test reports can be arranged on request, with availability and scope confirmed for the order.
BEFORE YOU SEND YOUR BRIEF
Can you use our own artwork?
Yes. Send artwork files and dimensions for each placement, together with your garment drawing. The print method is selected after reviewing the fabric and required effect.
Is the graphic wash effect identical on every pair?
A vintage finish can show variation. Agree a reference sample and acceptable shade and effect range before production.
What should a quote request include?
Include drawings or a tech pack, wash reference, fabric preference, size breakdown, quantities, branding and target delivery date. Detailed pricing follows this review.
