XINHUI GARMENTS / CUSTOM MEN’S STREETWEAR
CUSTOM DISTRESSED
& REPAIRED JEANS.
Create custom distressed and repaired baggy jeans with faded indigo denim, asymmetric openings and contrasting backing panels. The wide-leg silhouette gives this streetwear direction its scale; controlled fraying, repair placement and visible construction give it a distinct identity.
Xinhui Garments is an OEM/ODM streetwear manufacturer in Humen, Dongguan, China, serving brands in Europe, North America, Australia and other international markets.
Custom production only. No ready stock or dropshipping. Detailed quotes follow review of your drawings or tech pack. Images are AI-generated design concepts, not physical production samples.

FRONT VIEW / DESIGN
WORN-IN.
DESIGNED-IN.
Asymmetric openings and visible backing create a clear repair language.
01 / 06
Distressing with a deliberate structure.
The design places a longer backed opening on one upper leg and a more compact repaired area on the other. This asymmetric arrangement creates a focal point without covering the whole garment in damage. The faded blue ground, darker backing and wide leg work together as a single composition.
MAP EACH OPENING
Mark the position, length and width of each distressed area from fixed measurement points. Set the desired amount of exposed backing.
DESIGN YOUR VERSION
Choose repair shapes, contrast and fraying to suit your collection. Use your own drawings as the production brief.

BACK VIEW / DETAILS
RESTRAINED
ON THE REVERSE.
Pocket structure and washed denim provide the counterpoint to the front.
02 / 06
Let the reverse breathe.
A comparatively restrained back balances the more expressive front. Conventional rear pockets and selective small repair details keep the washed denim visible. The back should be approved separately so the wash, pocket placement and any repair marks follow a clear plan instead of duplicating the front openings.
SEAT & YOKE
Check pocket spacing, yoke position and seat ease on the intended fit model. A wide leg still needs a considered waist and seat.
REPAIR PLACEMENT
Locate any rear repair away from unintended pressure points. Final positioning depends on the pattern and sample review.

FIT STUDY / 03
ROOM TO MOVE.
DETAIL IN PLACE.
- RISE & SEATSet ease and waist position.
- WIDE LEGBalance thigh, knee and hem.
- REPAIR MAPGrade positions across sizes.
- INSEAMConfirm length after finishing.
03 / 06
Wide legs, considered repair positions.
The baggy cut needs enough room through the thigh and knee for the repair construction to sit as intended. The distressed areas should align with the body across the size range. Set their placement as part of the grading plan rather than copying one distance blindly to every size.
MOVEMENT CHECK
Review sitting and knee bending on the sample. Check whether the backing pulls, wrinkles excessively or restricts the intended ease.
CONSISTENT GRADING
Document finished measurements and repair coordinates together. Confirm any size-specific adjustments before bulk cutting.

MATERIAL & CRAFT / 04
FRAYED SURFACE.
CONSIDERED BACKING.
- DISTRESSSet shape and fraying limits.
- BACKINGSelect contrast and coverage.
- ATTACHMENTApprove stitch and edge finish.
04 / 06
Control the opening. Support the repair.
Backed distressing combines a visible opening with a fabric layer behind it. Define the backing coverage, attachment method and edge treatment before sampling. The frayed surface should be intentional, while the surrounding seams and support remain suitable for the agreed garment use. Washing and abrasion can change the cloth, so inspect the finished sample rather than approving only an untreated repair panel.
CONSTRUCTION REVIEW
Check backing edges, stitch position and any hard or bulky areas against the skin. A visual repair effect is not a verified durability rating.
SAMPLE CHECKS
Review appearance after the agreed wash procedure, plus repair attachment and finished dimensions. Testing requirements and acceptance criteria should be defined for your project.

ON-BODY / 05
TEXTURE.
IN MOTION.
A wide indigo silhouette gives the repair details room to stand out.
05 / 06
A repair story that reads on the street.
Movement shows how the wide silhouette and contrasting repairs work together. In this styling direction, a simple dark top leaves the denim as the focal point. A practical fit review should also examine the opening positions during walking, sitting and bending, not only in a straight-on photograph.
BALANCE THE OUTFIT
Check where the top ends relative to the upper repair. Review the leg opening over the footwear your collection uses.
DESIGN VISUAL
The AI-generated scene illustrates proportion and styling. Fabric performance and construction must be confirmed on a physical sample.

Start with a clear distress map.
Provide front and back drawings with a marked distress map, wash reference, measurements and size quantities. Include backing material preferences and whether openings should reveal skin or remain fully backed. We assess the construction and finishing requirements before quoting and developing a sample for approval.
SAMPLE APPROVAL
Review the wash, repair visibility, fit and internal finish together. Revisions are recorded before the bulk specification is confirmed.
ORDER PLANNING
MOQ starts from 50 pieces, subject to the quoted allocation. Samples take 7–20 days for the agreed scope; bulk and delivery timing are confirmed separately.
BEFORE YOU SEND YOUR BRIEF
Can the distressed areas be fully backed?
Yes, include that requirement in your brief. Backing coverage, color, fabric and attachment are developed and approved on the sample.
Can we change the repair positions?
Yes. Provide a marked drawing with measurements. Positions are reviewed against the pattern and size range before production.
Are these jeans available from stock?
No. Xinhui manufactures to order. Send drawings or a tech pack for a project-specific quotation; sample approval comes before bulk production.
