XINHUI GARMENTS / CUSTOM MEN’S STREETWEAR
CUSTOM CURVED-PANEL
DENIM JEANS.
Create custom curved-panel jeans with a sculpted wide-leg silhouette, tonal slate-blue panels and visible curved stitching. Knee shaping and sweeping seam lines provide a construction-led streetwear direction, developed around your own pattern and size range.
Xinhui Garments is an OEM/ODM streetwear manufacturer in Humen, Dongguan, China, serving brands in Europe, North America, Australia and other international markets.
Custom production only. No ready stock or dropshipping. Detailed quotes follow review of your drawings or tech pack. Images are AI-generated design concepts, not physical production samples.

FRONT VIEW / DESIGN
CURVE THE LINE.
SHAPE THE LEG.
Tonal panels and visible seam paths create the silhouette.
01 / 06
Shape the leg with the seam.
Sweeping tonal panels turn the leg into a designed volume rather than a flat printed surface. Their curved path, visible stitching and knee shaping give this concept its sculpted character. The aim is a broad but controlled outline, with the structure legible from both front and side.
CONSTRUCTION LED
The visual effect comes from cut pieces and shaping. A drawn line on a conventional straight leg would not reproduce the same form.
YOUR PATTERN LANGUAGE
Specify how pronounced the curve should be. We review panel geometry, seam positions and the required ease as one development brief.

BACK VIEW / DETAILS
A CONTINUOUS
CONSTRUCTION.
The rear view completes the panel story without a repeated graphic.
02 / 06
Carry the panel logic around the garment.
The rear construction should connect naturally to the side panels while leaving room for the seat and pockets. A three-dimensional design needs front, side and back information. Approve how each seam meets the yoke, waistband or hem so the reverse feels like part of the same garment.
SEAM CONNECTIONS
Mark alignment points in the drawing. Specify which joins must meet and where any intentional offset belongs.
POCKET POSITION
Place pockets around the shaping seams without obstructing access or creating bulky intersections at the seat.

FIT STUDY / 03

THEN PROPORTION.
- KNEE POSITIONLocate the shaping on the body.
- PANEL CURVEDefine the intended side profile.
- LEG VOLUMEBalance thigh and lower leg.
- FINISHED HEMApprove opening and orientation.
03 / 06
Approve the curve on the body.
A curved leg cannot be assessed only from a flat width measurement. Review the side profile, knee position and finished opening with the sample worn. Combine the measurement chart with clear front and side fit references, then grade the shaping details for the intended size range.
CONTROLLED SHAPE
Distinguish the intended sculpted outline from unwanted twisting. Compare both legs and their seam positions in the final sample.
GRADING REVIEW
Check how the knee shaping and curved seams move between sizes. Do not scale every panel detail without reviewing the resulting shape.

MATERIAL & CRAFT / 04
CURVED JOINS.
CLEAN EXECUTION.
- ALIGNMENTMatch the agreed seam points.
- TOPSTITCHDefine spacing and contrast.
- FINISHInspect after the selected wash.
04 / 06
Make the curved joins clean.
The signature detail is the long curved join with visible stitching. Review panel alignment, seam allowances and the appearance of the sewn edge in the finished garment. A tonal fabric pairing can make small mismatches noticeable, so shade and seam quality should be approved together.
SEAM APPEARANCE
Uneven feeding, tension or different dimensional changes between components can contribute to puckering. Sampling helps establish a suitable sewing and finishing combination.
MATERIAL PAIRING
Confirm panel fabrics and thread together. Avoid claiming a fixed result from a digital drawing before the physical combination has been reviewed.

ON-BODY / 05
SHAPE THAT
CHANGES THE VIEW.
A sculpted leg seen from more than one angle.
05 / 06
Let movement reveal the construction.
The side and three-quarter views show the curved silhouette more clearly than a front view alone. A simple compact top keeps the seams and knee shape in focus. Review the garment standing and walking, looking for a deliberate profile and comfortable movement through the knee.
VIEW THE PROFILE
Check how the side panel travels from hip to hem and how the opening meets the shoe. Adjust the curve if the finished leg feels unbalanced.
CONCEPT ONLY
The scene illustrates a proposed garment and styling direction. Production fit and material behavior follow the approved physical sample.

Send more than a front sketch.
For curved-panel denim, provide front, side and back drawings, panel or seam references, finished measurements and a wash target. Include the intended size range, artwork if any, branding and quantity. We review the construction for a detailed quote and agree the sampling scope before development.
APPROVAL RECORD
Record the agreed silhouette, seam alignment and acceptable shade variation. Include revisions in the final specification before the bulk order.
TIMING & FOLLOW-UP
MOQ starts from 50 pieces; samples take 7–20 days for the agreed scope. Photo and video updates support production follow-up, with bulk timing confirmed separately.
BEFORE YOU SEND YOUR BRIEF
What is different about curved-panel jeans?
Their shape is developed through the cut and arrangement of panels and shaping details. It is not only a decorative print or a straight leg with added topstitching.
Do you need a finished pattern from us?
Send the drawings and technical information you have. We assess the required pattern development and agree the scope before quoting and sampling.
How is unwanted leg twisting checked?
The sample review compares the intended seam path and silhouette with the finished garment on the body. Any balance or alignment changes are recorded before bulk approval.
